My family camping Trip

My family went camping in our backyard on Saturday. We made a fire by cutting down oak trees and making a pile of wood. Then my daddy lit it up with a lighter. next we put chairs around the fire and roasted marshmallows and hot dog. We also made a tent to sleep in at night. My daddy put up a tree log, then he got ropes and put them around the log. After that he hammered the ropes into the ground so it wouldn’t fall down. Whle we were camping, we used the telescope I got for Christmas to look up at the stars. We had fun camping in our backyard on Saturday.
